Sky q has a feature called Pushed on Demand where sky will download programs to your box which they think you might like to turn this feature off follow these steps: You need to access the Engineer Menu to do this: scroll to and highlight Settings (but don't Select), enter 0, 0, 1, then Select As you watch - to record the programme you're watching, you simply need to press the red button on your remote control.
